Standardized system solutions from Feldpausch, developed over many years and brought to series production maturity.
Responding to new challenges again and again also means developing flexible standard solutions that can be adapted to ever-changing requirements. This is exactly what Feldpausch system technology stands for.
Standard system solutions have been developed for the feeding of fastening elements. However, at Feldpausch there is no standard solution without customer-specific adaptations and customized solutions tailored to individual requirements. This also allows various other workpieces to be transported through dedicated transport hoses using compressed air.

The range of fastening elements to be fed, as well as their subsequent processing, is diverse – just like our standard solutions.
Whether for screws or nuts, whether welding, stamping, or press-in elements – we have the right solution for every application. And if not, we will develop one. Whether your component can be supplied using a standard solution or requires a customized solution, we would be happy to discuss this with you in a personal consultation at your premises.
Below is an overview of the various standard solutions from Feldpausch:
Description:
The workpieces, with a maximum weight of 100 kg or a volume of 25 dm³, are stored and correctly oriented in the OA45 sorting unit. A suitable transport hose and compressed air nozzle are installed at the end of the sorting process. Multiple workpieces are transported simultaneously through the transport hose.
For the electrical interface, HAN connectors, BUS modules, and valve terminals are available as options.
| Workpieces | 4-point, 6-point and round nuts up to a maximum width across flats or diameter of 18 mm |
|---|---|
| Max. Feeding Capacity | 30 nuts / minute |
| Weight | Approx. 140 kg |
| Dimensions | 500 x 500 x 1200 mm (L x B x H) |
| Maximum Filling Weight | 100 kg |
| Maximum Filling Volume | 25 dm³ |
| Variants | Also available as a two-track version |
Description:
The workpieces, with a maximum weight of 100 kg or a volume of 25 dm³, are stored and correctly oriented in the OA45 sorting unit. After the sorting process, the workpieces are buffered in a discharge rail and fed to the singulation unit.
A suitable transport hose and compressed air nozzle are installed downstream of the singulation unit. Only one workpiece at a time is transported through the transport hose.
For the electrical interface, HAN connectors, BUS modules, and valve terminals are available as options.
| Workpieces | 4-point, 6-point, round, flange, collar and sheet metal nuts up to a maximum width across flats or diameter of 30 mm |
| Max. Feeding Capacity | 15 nuts / minute (single-track) |
| Weight | Approx. 260 kg |
| Dimensions | 910 x 700 x 1400 mm (L x B x H) |
| Maximum Filling Weight | 100 kg |
| Maximum Filling Volume | 25 dm³ |
| Variants | Also available in 2- to 4-track versions |
Description:
For stackable nuts, the workpieces are buffered in a magazine, then singulated and picked up by a pneumatic gripper. The 2-axis handling unit positions the nut on the locating pin of the lower electrode in the correct orientation after a defined vertical and horizontal positioning movement.
BUS modules and valve terminals are available as electrical interface options.
| Workpieces | Nuts up to M12 with a head diameter of 33.5 mm |
| Max. Feeding Capacity | 10 Muttern / Minute |
| Weight | Approx. 90 kg |
| Dimensions | 1390 x 400 x 835 mm, depending on the nut size (L x W x H) |
| Variantes | Available in left-hand and right-hand versions |
Description:
The workpieces, with a maximum weight of 100 kg or a volume of 25 dm³, are stored in the Type OA45 sorting unit and correctly oriented. At the end of the sorting process, the workpieces are buffered on a linear conveyor rail and fed to the singulation unit. A suitable transport hose and an air blow nozzle are installed downstream of the singulation unit. The transport hose ensures that only one workpiece is conveyed at a time. Suitable electrical interfaces include HAN connectors, BUS modules, and valve manifolds.
| Workpieces | Screws up to max. M12 with a head diameter of 33.5 mm |
| Max. feeding capacity | 15 screws / minute (single-track) |
| Weight | Approx. 300 kg |
| Dimensions | 910 x 700 x 1400 mm (L x B x H) |
| Maximum filling weight | 100 kg |
| Maximum filling volume | 25 dm³ |
| Variantes | Also available with 2 to 4 tracks |
Description:
The workpieces are captured in a nest and picked up by a pneumatic gripper. The two-axis handling system inserts the screw shaft into the lower electrode after the required vertical and horizontal positioning movements. Suitable electrical interfaces include BUS modules and valve manifolds.
| Workpieces | Screws up to max. M12 with a head diameter of 33.5 mm |
| Max. feeding capacity | 10 nuts / minute |
| Weight | Approx. 150 kg |
| Dimensions | 1060 x 225 x 915 mm (L x B x H) |
| Variantes | Available in left-hand and right-hand versions |
Description:
The workpieces, with a maximum weight of 200 kg or a volume of 60 dm³, are stored in the Type OA60 sorting unit and correctly oriented. At the end of the sorting process, the workpieces are distributed onto the required number of tracks in an output rail, buffered, and fed to the singulation unit. A suitable transport hose and an air blow nozzle are installed downstream of the singulation unit. The transport hose ensures that only one workpiece is conveyed at a time. Suitable electrical interfaces include HAN connectors, BUS modules, and valve manifolds.
| Workpieces | 4-sided, 6-sided, round, flange, collar and sheet metal nuts up to a maximum width across flats or diameter of 30 mm |
