From bulk material to precise orientation.
The design of the sorting unit separates the storage and correct orientation of workpieces. The workpieces are filled into the hopper of the sorting unit.
The workpieces are filled into the vibratory bowl either manually, while observing the maximum filling weight and volume (depending on the part type), or automatically via the bunker.
When operating with a bunker, the level sensor ensures a consistent filling level in the vibratory bowl. Controlled vibrations transport the workpieces along the spiral track to the sorting elements, where they are oriented into a defined feeding position. The workpieces then leave the feeding unit through the outlet.
