The workpieces, max. 100kg or 25dm³, are stored in the sorting machine type OA45 and sorted in the correct position. At the end of the sorting process, a suitable transport hose and a blown air nozzle are installed. Several workpieces are always transported at the same time through the transport hose.
HAN plugs, BUS modules and valve terminals can be used as electrical interfaces.
The workpieces, max. 100kg or 25dm³, are stored in the sorting machine type OA45 and sorted in the correct position. At the end of the sorting process, the workpieces are buffered in a discharge rail and fed to the separation.
A suitable transport hose and a blown air nozzle are installed behind the separator. Only one workpiece is transported through the transport hose. HAN plugs, BUS modules and valve terminals can be used as electrical interfaces.
The workpieces are buffered in the setting head with accumulating nuts and, if necessary, placed on the catch pin of the lower electrode using a mandrel with a 200 mm or 300 mm stroke. A moving handrail prevents the nut from slipping during the lowering movement. The electrical interface is designed as a HAN plug and is connected to the corresponding nut locker by means of a connecting cable.

Am Ende der Sortierung werden die Werkstücke in einer Ablaufschiene auf die benötigte Spurenanzahl verteilt und gepuffert sowie der Vereinzelung zugeführt.
Hinter der Vereinzelung ist ein entsprechender Transportschlauch sowie eine Blasluftdüse montiert.
Durch den Transportschlauch wird immer nur ein Werkstück transportiert. Als elektrische Schnittstelle kommen HAN-Stecker, BUS-Module und auch Ventilinseln in Frage.
